States Without Constitutional Rights to Bear Arms

STATES WITHOUT CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS:

Only a few states do not have a constitutional provision dealing withe the right to bear arms: California, Iowa, Maryland,
Minnesota, New Jersey, and New York.
